1. Eligibility
The service is for users who meet the legal eligibility requirements in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users who are not eligible to use the service.

If paid features later launch, we may collect transaction records and payment provider references, but not full card details.

We do not intentionally send raw chat messages, prompts, lorebook text, or memory text to Google Analytics events.
