These Terms apply to the overseas MVP service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the legal eligibility requirements in your location to use the service. The service may include mature fictional roleplay content.
2. AI Service
The service lets users browse AI characters and chat with AI-generated characters. AI responses are fictional, automated, and may be inaccurate or unexpected. AI characters are not real people and do not provide professional advice.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your account activity and for the messages, prompts, profile information, character settings, images, and other content you submit or generate through the service.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content or conduct. This includes exploitative content involving protected persons, non-consensual sexual content, real-person sexual deepfakes, harassment, threats, doxxing, malware, spam, scraping, impersonation, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.
5. Content and Access Control
You keep ownership of your content, but you allow us to host, process, display, transmit, and use it as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. We may remove content or suspend access if we believe these Terms, law, safety rules, or third-party rights may be violated.
6. Payments
Paid features are not active in the MVP unless clearly shown at checkout. If paid features launch, additional payment, refund, cancellation, or subscription terms may apply.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
